Well I haven't bought any good from here but about the service, it's excellent!!! And wayyyy better than the rest in indiranagar, I have tried services and repairs for my gym equipment from 2-3 other places in indiranagar locality, this is the cheapest yet more efficient than the rest, especially Mr Shanmugham is thorough in providing quality customer service I will definitely make use of the services here again!!! You can count on it!!!

Muniraj is a very nice person, he listened to the needs and suggested the best option in cross trainer and delivered what I picked timely, sent the installation guy as well. This showroom had good collection. The executive present at the time explained in detail about the cross trainer I was looking for. After using it regularly I feel it's value for money. I brought this before 15days. The delivery very next day and the technician assembled on the same day of delivery. I had a free training session yesterday. Have had the treadmill for a few weeks now and am absolutely loving it! I got the pt-88i and it's got the right features and stability for my family. Right from the beginning my experience has been very pleasant. Prathap was very helpful and informative about all the specifications I wanted to know. And at no point did I feel pressured into making a decision. Once I confirmed the order, the delivery and installation was very prompt and the technical support from Venkatesh was very helpful as well. Also just had a personal training session today with Shashi - he was very polite, knowledgeable and made suggestions to tweak my workout and diet to meet my fitness goals. Overall I'm very impressed with the sales, technical support and the personal training session that we received for free.

I really liked the one hour training session with trainer shashidhar from propel about the usage of the product. Zeroed in onto the Crosstrainer which is effective for the overall body excersise. Visited the Indiranagar Store to do the booking and finalized CX88i which is an ammazing machine with good built qulaity, good discount was provide on the product at the store. The delivery and installation was prompt. Here comes the next part, having a cardio machine and working on it is not all you need. I receive a call from Mr. Shashidhar to fix an appointment and he was there the next day at my place. The motivation and knowledge on training-diet required is what you need to hear from him, such a cool guy who takes time to demonstrate the exercise and discuss about the diet required he also sent diet chart to follow. If you are planning buy propel products online, do visit the showroom before that. You may get a good deal and post purchase service will be smooth. I got my equipment in promised time and they also send a trainer after 1week for me. Trainer will guide you how to use the machine effectively and also other cardio exercises that you can do at home. The trainer who visited me was Sashidhar, very jolly person and took his time to explain everything to me. It was not formality for him, he was genuinely interested. Make sure you decide what equipment is best for you depending on your budget and space. 🖖

I bought a cycling machine with upper body trainer 1 week ago. It is definitely cheaper than what is available in the market. Although there are much cheaper products available on Amazon, you would not be able to trust in them due to the quality and servicing factors. Propel's machines are of good quality. Even the physiotherapy department in Hosmat Hospital uses the same brand. Servicing is also just one phone call away. Moreover, Propel provides for a trainer who would visit your place and teach you how to use the machine. He would also suggest some warm-up and need-specific exercises. He would also recommend some diet changes according to you lifestyle. You can also ask him any doubt that you may have. My trainer, Mr. Shashidhar, was helpful enough to clear all my fitness related doubts and share his contact number such that I can follow up if need be. So I've just started focussing on my fitness but definitely I'll be heading back to FitnessOne to buy more of Propel equipment.
